At Maats, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
